I am a UX expert with over 23 years of International experience designing Digital and Physical products. My passion is creating intuitive interfaces that make complex systems easy to use. I believe in developing digital interactions that feel like natural conversations. I honed my skills while studying for my Master's degree in Australia and have since applied them to many projects across the MENA region and the world.
I'm an experienced educator who has taught over 150,000 students through workshops and courses online and offline. Understanding user needs is critical to creating superior products. I founded the UX/UI department at Orange Jordan in 2019 and currently work as a CX/UX Senior Consultant in KSA, where I strive to improve user experience. I promote accessible UX design and believe AI and empathetic design can create transformative user experiences.
